Awwwwww
What a beautiful day. Even with it a little chilly outside the sun is shining and my family is all together. Brad Mark and I celebrated our anniversary yesterday with friend, family, and food. Just can't get any better than that. Now im sitting here at the table with my hubby drinking coffee thinking about all the things i need to do for the next three days that i am off work. I have always wanted to write a book and my friends tell me, "write it, you can do it"! Not sure when i could actually find the time. Hmmm, maybe between midnight and 5 am when i am doing absolutely nothing else...LOL. Like for instance right now, i am typing this blog in little segments because laundgry needs to be done, kids are hungry, cartoons are not on the correct channel, the dog needs out to pee, and i am out of creamer for my coffee and the world is going to end! But somewhere in all the madness, i manage to get things done. I must help my oldest with his taxes this morning, my teenage daughter is after me to pay her cell phone bill so it won't get shut off (not sure i should) and the house is a wreck. We are currently in the middle of remodeling. Awww, home remodeling! The tv shows all lie. It's not that simple or cheap and there is no way it can be done in ONE weekend. Ok, maybe if you have a team of 200 people and an endless supply of money, but I currently know of no one in that situation. I have yet to meet Donald Trump! My living room has turned into a workshop...built in work bench and all. "At least we can find all the tools and nails", says Brad Mark. "But I hadn't really considered tools as a theme for my living room", I say. Brad Mark's reply, "but this is only temporary". How long is temporary anyway? At least I can still get to my coffee. Thank you Lord for inventing coffee. The breakfast of champions I say!
